A rejection letter rarely tells you the real reason. Here is what usually sits behind it.
A vague activity. "General trading" or "consultancy" with no clear explanation of who your clients are and how money moves. The bank can't bank what it can't understand.
Source of funds that isn't evidenced. The capital going in has to be traceable, with documents that tell one consistent story.
Turnover that doesn't add up. Projected volumes that don't match the business plan, the team or the licence raise questions straight away.
No visible substance. No office, no contracts, no website or no UAE footprint makes a new company harder to approve.
The wrong bank. Every UAE bank has its own appetite for certain activities, nationalities and countries you trade with. Applying to a bank that doesn't want your profile wastes weeks.
Applying again with the same file usually gets the same answer. The rescue works because we change what the bank sees, not just where it is sent.
Already have a company but no account, or a corporate account that was closed? We help with those too. No consultant can guarantee approval, the decision is always the bank's. What we give you is the strongest honest file and the right bank to present it to.
