Website and branding

Website Design and Business Branding
A Name, a Look and a Site That Match Your Licence

A new UAE company needs a name, logo and website that match what its trade licence says it does. Banks, clients and the licensing authority all look at that match. We scope the branding and website work, brief the designers and keep delivery on track.

Short answer

Keep your brand name, website and licence activity consistent. One bank guide we use says a licence that lists one activity while the website or invoices describe another can slow an account application. Website and branding work is not a regulated service in the way audit or legal work is. Price and timing depend on the pages, content and design you need, so both are quote on request.

Xillion Group UAE is a consultancy. It is not a licensing authority, a bank or a law firm, and approvals are decided by the authority. This page is general information, not legal, tax or investment advice, and nothing here is a guarantee.

Who it is for

Who this page is for

  • New company owners who need a name, logo and first website.
  • Owners whose current site does not match the activities on the licence.
  • E-commerce sellers; see e-commerce licence.
  • Founders preparing for a bank account application who want a clear, consistent public profile.
  • Companies rebranding after a change of activity or ownership.
Steps

How it works, step by step

  1. Check the trade name first. Your trade name must be approved by your licensing authority. Check before you print or build around a name.
  2. Define the brand. Name, logo, colours, tone and what the company says it does, matched to the licence activity.
  3. Scope the site. Pages, languages, forms, WhatsApp button, payment or booking needs. We write it down with a price.
  4. Design and build. Designers prepare a design for approval, then the site is built and tested on phone and desktop.
  5. Content and legal pages. Company details, contact information, privacy and terms. If you need legal wording, a licensed lawyer should write it. See contracts and legal drafting.
  6. Launch and align records. Connect the domain and business email, then make sure your bank, licence and invoices show the same name and activity. See bank account.
Documents

Documents usually asked for

  • Trade licence copy
  • Logo files if you already have them
  • Company description, services and contact details
  • Photos and written content, or a brief for us to write from
  • Domain and hosting access, if you already own them
  • Social media account names
  • Examples of sites or brands you like

Your case may need more or less. We confirm the exact list with the authority or partner before you spend time on it.

Time and cost

Timeline and cost, honestly

ItemWhat we can say
CostQuote on request. It depends on the number of pages, design depth, languages and features.
TimelineQuote on request. Content delay is the usual cause of late launches, so the date depends on how fast you send text and images.
OwnershipThe domain and site are registered in your company name.
GuaranteeNone on rankings, enquiries or bank approval. A good site supports your case but does not decide it.
