Deletion Instructions

Last Updated: 26 August 2026 How to request deletion of personal data associated with XILLION Group UAE services and connected Meta and WhatsApp experiences.

These instructions explain how you can request deletion of personal data that XILLION Group UAE holds in connection with your enquiries, our services, and connected Meta and WhatsApp experiences.

01

Your Right to Request Deletion

You may request deletion of personal data associated with your interaction with XILLION Group UAE. This includes information you have shared with us through our website, forms, email, phone, or messaging channels such as WhatsApp, as well as data associated with our connected Meta and WhatsApp Business experiences.

This page sits alongside your broader data rights described in our Privacy Policy, and provides a clear, dedicated route for making a data deletion request.

02

How to Submit a Request

To request deletion, please contact XILLION Group UAE using the official contact details provided on our website and clearly state that you are making a “Data Deletion” request. Using those exact words helps us identify and route your request correctly.

03

What to Include & What Not to Send

So that we can locate the relevant records, please include enough information for us to identify the account, contact, or conversation your request relates to. Helpful details may include the name, email address, or phone or WhatsApp number you used when contacting us, and the approximate date or nature of your enquiry or engagement.

Please do not send sensitive credentials. You should never include passwords, one-time passcodes (OTPs), authentication or verification codes, API keys, full payment card numbers, or other sensitive security credentials in a data deletion request. We do not need them to process your request, and you should not share them with anyone.

04

Identity & Authority Verification

Before deleting any data, XILLION Group UAE may need to verify the identity of the requester, or the authority of a person making a request on behalf of someone else. This step helps protect your information and prevent unauthorised or fraudulent deletion requests.

Verification is carried out using appropriate, proportionate checks. We will only ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm that the request is genuine and that you are entitled to make it.

05

How We Process Your Request

Following verification, applicable personal data controlled by XILLION Group UAE will be deleted or anonymised. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Certain information may need to be retained where required for legitimate legal, regulatory, compliance, fraud-prevention, accounting, contractual, or dispute-resolution purposes. Where information must be retained for these reasons, it is kept only for as long as necessary and is not used for unrelated purposes.

Note: Because of the legal and regulatory obligations that apply to corporate services in the UAE, not all information can always be deleted immediately or in full. Where this is the case, we will explain what has been deleted or anonymised and what must be retained.

06

Meta, WhatsApp & Third-Party Platforms

Some information may also be processed or retained independently by third-party platforms such as Meta or WhatsApp, for example message metadata handled through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Where information is held by those platforms, their own privacy and data-retention policies also apply, in addition to any request you make to XILLION Group UAE.

If your request concerns data held by such a platform, you may also need to contact that platform directly and follow its own data deletion process.
